Donna has 19 years experience as an Executive Officer working in the civil service and regularly deals with many diverse social issues. She is a group and workshop facilitator and has a range of other skills that she uses on a daily basis.

She embarked upon a journey of self discovery many years ago through a number of varied and complex life experiences which have led her to develop into the person she is today, giving her an empathetic and understanding edge when it comes to helping others through her work. Donna has a Humanistic approach to her work, seeing the person as a whole person, and the uniqueness of each individual.

Donna became interested in, and a practitioner of holistic therapies which she has been involved in since 1997 . She enjoys the fact that these therapies can be used to help a person in their time of need whether it be with health issues, personal development or psychological well-being, complimentary to, and as an alternative to traditional treatments, having accessed them herself during a challenging period in her own life.
